Shipping Policy

KAZAARATM, a brand owned and operated by TERRA TROVES. This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) describes how orders placed on www.kazaara.in are processed, shipped, and delivered.  

Shipping Destination

We currently ship across most cities and towns in India through our trusted logistics partners.
Customers can check delivery availability by entering their PIN code during checkout.
If your location is not serviceable, we regret the inconvenience and are continually working to expand our reach.  

Shipping Charges 

  • Prepaid Orders above Rs. 500 — Free Shipping
  • Prepaid Orders below Rs. 500 — Rs. 50 Shipping Fee
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders — Rs. 80 COD Fee

Order Dispatch and Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery within India usually takes 5–7 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and courier service.
  • Delays may occur during festivals, government restrictions, natural calamities, or other unforeseen events.
  • In case of significant delay, our support team will contact you to confirm continuation or cancellation of the order. In case of cancellation, the refund will be made directly to your account via the same mode through which the payment was made. 

Delivery Verification & ID Proof

Certain logistics partners may request a valid ID proof upon delivery, particularly for high-value shipments. If the original recipient is unavailable, ID proof of the person receiving the package may be required. Kazaara does not store or misuse such information — it is verified only by the courier company to ensure safe delivery.  

Risk of Loss or Damage

Once the product is delivered to the shipping address provided, ownership and risk pass to the customer. In case a product arrives damaged, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery at care@kazaara.in for replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy
